The COVID-19 Coronavirus has created many challenges and changes in our economy and for the American people. At Set the Table, our concern has always been the health and well-being of our staff, our woodworkers, our partners, and our customers. That being said, at Set the Table, our response to this pandemic is as follows:
We remain open online and via phone, as our staff are able to work from home and are adhering to the guidelines set forth by the CDC as well as the governor of Ohio. Here at Set the Table, we are grateful for our e-commerce platform, and that we are able to conduct business as usual during this unprecedented time. We will continue to provide our customers with the best service, the highest quality products, and will keep you informed of changes regarding our industry and our business as we respond to the Covid-19 policies and regulations.
Our craftsman including woodworkers, finish shops, and upholstery shops throughout Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania, have all been affected by this pandemic. However, all of our shops are back up and running as of early May and are also following guidelines set forth by the CDC. Due to the abrupt change in the supply line, orders may take longer than usual to be produced and some of our craftsman may have slight changes to their schedules and or small delays in shipping.
