Shipping & Delivery

At Set the Table, our priority is for you to be a completely satisfied customer. From design to delivery, we want the process to run as smooth as possible. Our large product offering allows us to fulfill your indoor and outdoor dining needs, and the shipping process will differ based on product use.

Indoor Furniture: Upon completion of your furniture, you will be contacted by our white-glove delivery service to determine a day and time for your delivery that works best for your schedule. These trained professionals are responsible for bringing the furniture into your home, unwrapping the furniture, and placing it in your desired location. Our delivery team will conduct any necessary small assembly (attaching table bases, legs, etc.) and will also remove all furniture packaging and debris from your home. 

Because your indoor furniture is unique and our artisans are meticulous, it can take some time to handcraft your one-of-a-kind piece. Please be patient with us and allow 10-14 weeks from the time you submit your order to delivery. 

Outdoor Poly Furniture: Because we are offering so many poly furniture options, we are not able to stock every option. Once your poly order has been submitted, we will notify you via a confirmation email on when your products will be available for shipping. Although many products will ship within 7-10 days, others may take up to 12-14 weeks. Depending on the outdoor items ordered, products will be shipping fully assembled via white-glove delivery, or will be shipping FedEx, unassembled. In the case that the product needs assembled, stainless steel fasteners and all instructions will be included with your outdoor furniture.
