Sales Agreement

This sales agreement will be based upon the date of purchase between the Seller, Set the Table, LLC of Wooster, Ohio, 44691 and the Customer.

The agreements in this Customer Sales agreement are as follows:


Sale of Goods

Set the Table LLC, will sell, transfer, and deliver to the Customer all manufactured goods within 30 weeks from the date of online purchase.

Purchase Price

The Customer will pay all amounts due for the manufactured goods, including shipping and tax, at the time of purchase. Methods of payment include: Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or PayPal. A confirmation number will be issued at the time of purchase. No order will be manufactured if a confirmation number is not given to the Customer.

Delivery of Goods

The manufactured goods will be delivered to the customer by our third party logistics providers. The Customer must accept delivery of Goods no later than 4 weeks after the initial attempt at delivery, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If the attempt at delivery exceeds 4 weeks, the customer agrees to forfeit the goods and will receive no reimbursement.

  1. If the manufactured goods are not available for scheduled delivery 30 weeks following the online purchase, the customer will have the option of:
    1. 25% discount of Cost of Goods Sold or
    2. 100% refund of Cost of Goods Sold

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss from any casualty related to the Manufactured Goods, regardless of the cause, will be the responsibility of Set the Table, LLC until the Goods have been received by the Customer.


Set the Table, LLC makes a Limited Lifetime Warranty claim for the Manufactured Goods Sold that all Manufactured Goods will be fit for the purpose for which such goods are ordinarily intended. If the Manufactured Goods Sold fail for any reason relating to the manufacturing process or the materials of the Goods fail during the lifetime of the original Buyer, the Goods will be fixed or replaced at no charge to the Customer. The Goods available for warranty include broken or warped table tops, broken or unstable legs, pedestals or trestles, broken chair frames or wooden seats. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover any damage caused to the tables or chairs by accident, improper care/negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials and colors over time. These issues include but are not limited to; excessive exposure to moisture, direct sunlight or smoke, fading, cracks related to normal expansion and contraction of natural wood, scratches and dents related to wear, stains, spills, dyes or ink, tears in upholstery or flattening of cushions.  This warranty is non-transferable and is only in place for the lifetime of the original purchaser. The warranty is only applicable for use in residential settings (non-commercial), and is considered void if repaired or reupholstered by anyone other than one contracted by Set the Table, LLC.


Inspection will be made by the Customer at the time and place of delivery. The Customer will inspect the Manufactured Goods and will sign-off and take possession of the Goods, stating that the Goods are the correct, ordered Goods, and are free of visible damage and/or defect. Any item delivered with visible damage or defect, must be reported to the deliverer of the Manufactured Goods. Any visible damage/defect not reported to Set the Table, LLC within 10 days after the time of the delivery, will not be warranted.


The Customer's failure to give verbal and/or written notice of any visible defect within 10 days from the date of delivery will result in the Customer's right to a repair or replacement of the Manufactured Good(s). If a claim exists after the 10 day period as a result of manufacturing defect or material failure, the Customer must notify Set the Table, LLC and then must fill out the proper form for claim filing. Once a claim has been filed, Set the Table, LLC has up to 30 days to determine the best course of action.  If a claim is honored, Set the Table, LLC will choose to fix and/or replace the item, whichever is deemed the best. If the item is replaced, the item will be of equal or lesser value. No monetary refunds will be given. 

Excuse for Delay or Failure to Perform

Set the Table, LLC will not be liable in any way for any delay, non-delivery or default in shipment due to labor disputes, transportation shortage, material shortages, fires, accidents and other causes beyond the control of Set the Table or its' suppliers. If Set the Table, LLC is unable to deliver the Manufactured Goods within one month after the original promise date of delivery weeks due to matters beyond control, Set the Table will have the right to terminate this Agreement by notice in writing to the Customer, which will then be accompanied by a full refund of all sums paid to the Customer.


No return or exchange of Manufactured Goods will be available to the Customer unless deemed the wrong Goods were shipped, an original visible defect existed in the product, a manufacturer defect or material defect. All items are made to order and are manufactured based on the requests of the Customer. It is the Customers' responsibility to make sure that all Goods will fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, desired rooms, etc. An item that does not fit is non-returnable. Customers who refuse or return Goods for any other reason other than those listed above, will not be issued a refund.


Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours following the placement of the order. If a request for cancellation is made after the 24 hours but before 10 days,  the Customer will receive 75% of his/her original purchase price in the form of a refund. If any cancellation occurs after the 10 day cancellation period, the Customer forfeits his/ right for cancellation and will be responsible for the full payment of the Manufactured Goods with no refund available.
